It's always been a key focus for us to effectively categorize a wide range of LED module products to meet customers' diverse application scenarios and improve customer satisfaction. Besides the conventional distinction between backlit module and edge-lit module categories, we have worked out a new detailed classification method based on long-term customer feedback.
The feature of this series of products is low power consumption without compromising the brightness of the LED module compared to conventional products. This classification is designed to meet the needs of customers who focus on energy conservation and environmental protection by reducing energy consumption while maintaining luminous flux. The luminous efficacy of these products is 150 lm/W or higher. In addition to strictly complying with process and structural quality control standards, we also implement quality control standards for materials according. The products comply with UL, CE, RoHS, and LM-80 standards.
The second category is low-watt consumption products.
These products are designed with lower power consumption, making them suitable for users in regions where lumen brightness restrictions are enforced. Many areas have implemented luminous limits for outdoor advertising and signage to reduce light pollution. When designing and manufacturing this category of products, we carefully considered market requirements. By optimizing circuit design while maintaining high-quality materials, we ensure low power consumption without compromising product quality. These products normally select 90-100lm/w luminous efficacy LED beads and fully comply with UL, CE, RoHS, and LM-80 standards.
The third category is the high-brightness product series.
These products are designed with slightly higher power and higher luminous efficacy. For this series of LED module lights, the LED beads' luminous efficacy ranges from 110lm/w to 130lm/w. They emit significant brightness, making them ideal lights for users with demanding brightness requirements for advertising displays. For heat management, we adopt materials with high thermal conductivity and have optimized the structural design. No excessive light decay issues occur during the lifespan workload. Both the products and materials comply with UL, CE, RoHS, and LM-80 standards.
